CANCELLATION POLICY

Individuals :
Full payment of these items is requested when registering (by credit card or by bank transfer). No confirmation will be sent until MCI Suisse SA has received the payment.
All cancellations must be sent to MCI in writing (fax, letter or email).
From Monday 27th January 2014, only payments by credit card will be accepted.
For cancellations received until Monday 13th January 2014 midnight CET, deposits will be refunded less EUR 70.00 for administrative costs. After this date, no refund will be possible.  After this date, no refund will be possible.

MODIFICATION POLICY

Individuals :
A handling fee of EUR 70.- per registration will be charged for every registration modification received after Monday 13th January 2014.

Badge reprint fee: EUR 70.- will be charged for the reprint of the badge.

Reservations are made on a first come, first served basis. Availability of rooms in each category is limited.
Name of persons sharing rooms must be indicated by e-mail to MCI Suisse S.A.

Only guaranteed reservations will be accepted: to guarantee your reservation a deposit covering the first night is required, either by bank transfer or by credit card (deposits will be deducted from the final hotel bill when paid by the participant at the hotel). From Monday 27th January 2014, only payments by credit card will be accepted. In case of early departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge the cancelled nights. The hotel may reserve the right to charge the full stay upon check-in. Each hotel has its own independent policy. The hotel may charge or block an amount on your credit card to guarantee the extras. Registration and/or admittance to the EAHAD 2014 congress shall be limited solely to participants who are 18 years of age or older, due to current health and safety regulations and legislation in effect. Any registration by anyone who is under 18 is unauthorized and in violation of these Terms and Conditions and will automatically result in the forfeit of their registration. You hereby accept that identification is to be provided to congress staff upon request. By registering to the congress or entering the congress you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older, and that you agree to and to abide by all of the Terms and Conditions of this congress.
